There's nothing you can do about it. That is because "relwax" is a common typo for "relax".
You are lucky that there's only a suggestion but the search results still show for the original search term. Sometimes Google shows results for what they think was typed, and they add a link to change back to the original search term.

That latter action drives me to almost want to punch the computer. I know what I wanted and it drives me nuts that the search results are returned for something other than what I actually typed. Adding "quotes" often fixes it, but that should not be needed.

You're telling me? I've been using my nickname since before there was a Google, and they still think I'm a typo.

Ha, even Matt Cutts called you Nutmeg multiple times even after several people had already posted the correction.
They've now hard-wired the SERP just to annoy you. :-)

@netmeg, at least you've got one of the Type 1 Suggestions and not a Type 2

Computers are stupid (Watson might be a bit different, but is not in general use) and we're stuck with that. :)
Love those "did you mean?" in Google or, if you Bing, "We're including results for"...
There's no magic bullet to prevent... the algos are what they are...

niru786 the only way I know of to get rid of 'did you mean' is to do a massive publicity campaign for the 'new word in English' so that Google can learn about it
(and obviously you have to do a bigger campaign than Netmeg carried out - :runs away: ;))
