I like the posts people having been doing lately about the biggest SEO wins and such. I was trying to see what you guys thought is the most important big item thing you can do this year to improve SEO. I am not talking about site health and overall keeping up on keywords and title tags. I am talking about conventions and such that can make the biggest difference on a site for SEO.

I realize that without knowing a site it is hard to make recommendations, but what the main kinds of things you guys working on this up coming year. Mobile, navigation etc.

Most of my time will be spent writing new content to add to my sites.

Nothing. After all, I'm providing top notch content, ordinary back links (when they come), etc. Rigging for SEO generally comes back to bite one in the a$$, particularly in these daze (sic) when Giggle changes their algo's yet again.

Create for the user. Have compelling content/product. Go from there. Snake Oil SEO is about as useful as that sold on the Plains 150 years ago.

The main things I plan on doing this year is making my sites load faster by using a CDN service for static template files, adding new unique content. And at some point I'd like to get this whole mobile layout thing figured out...
