Links to these URLs must be able to be found (internally or externally), it would help if the click path is not very far away from "home page", but most importantly, it has to have a content that is seen as valuable enough to be indexed.

Welcome to the forums, jainpratik47. aakk9999 has pretty much summed it up for you. Nothing you do will be 100% certain to get an internal URL indexed, but those are the key actions.

Any link will get it crawled, the content will mainly determine whether its indexed, then authority via sufficient links will primarily determine its rankings.
