Webmaster Tools is great, but the fact that it only has about 1 month of historical data is annoying. Is there a better reporting tool to track search engine impressions, click, rankings, keywords, search terms, etc...? Willing to pay for it. Thx!

No one but Google can even know your search impressions or the many variations in your rankings, so there is no complete substitute for Webmaster Tools, where Google shares their own data with the webmaster.
The rest of what you ask about is accessible from your own server logs - and there is a wide variety of tools available to perform that analysis. They range from free to very high priced, depending on your needs.
