Transfering content from site banned by Google

Before a month, two of my websites disappeared from the SERP of Google. It doesn't show them even with "site:mysite" or "links:mysite"

It seems like my websites dont exist to Google. From what I read maybe they are banned from Google. I don't do black Seo and don't see anything wrong that i done with my websites in order to be banned.

I can't use Google Webmaster Tools to find more info on what happened with my websites, because i used free webhosting. And this free webhosting had some issues which don't give me to verify the ownership of the websites.

Everyone of my websites are 1 page each. (Small websites)

So all I am left is two websites which are not seen by Google.
I decided to make a new website, but i want to use the content from the two "banned" sites. (I call them "banned" but not sure if this is the correct definion.)
Because the content on the two banned site is good i want to use it again.
But i don't know if this will give me "duplicate content" issue?

Also should i remove the content from the two banned websites, so that google deindex them and i to use this text in my new Website?

And my final question is: I have a third site in which i added content which i want to remove from it and move it on my new website. Is it enough just to delete this text from my third website, and wait for Google to change it's cached version of it, so that i now use this removed content freely on my new website without having "duplicate content issues"

You should know that all of my 3 old websites don't have ability to put .htaccess 301 redirect

Welcome downbg,

does your site still come up when you search for "example.com" ?

and yes, you can remove the content from the old websites and use it on the new websites. I don't think it's necessary to wait until the new cached data.

Also you can use a meta-refresh wich you put in the head of your old website (works like a 301) to tell the visitors and bots that the site is moved to anaother location. [webmasterworld.com...] , but in this case i would not do that because you could also transfer the penalty-issues.
Try to get the good links changed pointing to your old sites, to your new sites instead

Still... i would try to find out how your sites got "banned" , so you won't make the same mistake again on your new sites

mirrornl: yes my website comes up when search for "example.com" But the results are not from the site, rather from directories(websites) in which i posted links to my website.

mirrornl: I am curious too, why these sites disappeared, but i don't have ways to find it, because i can't use Google webmasters tool:) But no need to worry I hope the new site won't have such issues.

bwnbwn: I got a new domain and hosting. This is where my new website will be.

The main problem is that I want to use the content of the 2 websites of mine that are banned, this content to use it on my new website.
And I was wondering if there will be "duplicate content" issues.

Searching in Google by phrases from the old 2 websites that got banned, doesn't show any result. So does that means that the content isn't in Google and that I can freely use it on my new website.
I am considering on to deleting these 2 websites and moved them on the new website, but just wondering about if there will be "duplicate content" issue

Thank you for your suggestions.

when you delete the two old websites, there cannot be any duplicate content

Yes downbg, put the content on new domains, but after deleting the content on the old domains, you can create a simple page saying that the website has moved to the new domain. That way people who follow a link to the old domain will know where to find you.
