I search for this issue but I did not found actual info.
For my site, a inner page ranks better thant the homepage, and the inner page has only internal links.
Any idea of why happens this?
My site was affected in oct 22...

Yes - there was definitely an algo shift at that time and one of the main effects is that internal pages are often considered more relevant for some queries than the home page. For some of my sites, this is a real blessing that I've been hoping about for a long time.
Page Rank is one of hundreds of factors in ranking - a strong one, to be sure, but far from the only one.

Google is trying to get searchers to the best possible match possible. For example, if you own widgets.com and you rank #1 for "widgets" but there is not much useful information about widgets on the homepage, google will try to show an innerpage that is more of what the searcher is looking for instead. This is to reduce bounce rates and to get the searcher the information they are looking for in as few clicks as possible.
