Very Weird Google Ranking

Today I check my SERPS in Google as usual and I see something very strange. All my keywords rank in the same position but the Title and Description is missing from one very competitive term.

Instead of the usual Title and Description the only mention of my website is the URL, that's it. Does anyone know what would cause this?

I have checked in multiple browsers, logged in/out and from a different computer all together. It has nothing to do with personal settings.

Seems Google has been tampering with title tags. I've wondered if it has negative effects on click throughs. Hard to tell with my business as colder weather brings in more traffic(seasonal). In your case yes, but I'm seeing some good descriptions not being shown in some of my title tags as shown in the SERPS.

Doesn't seem right. After all it's the title. That's akin to a librarian changing or omitting parts of the chapter titles of a book.

It's not just the title the entire description is gone, there is no description at all.

This is it:

www.example.com

It's weird.

This treatment often means that the page has been unavailable to googlebot for an extended period - technical server problems, robots.txt disallow, or something along those lines.

Thats what I figured but I checked and every thing has been online. Shortly after I posted my last message Google fixed it. Just thought it was weired because it was only for one keyword phrase.
