There are two methods for unique contents to promote site A;

Method one, still put the unique contents in site A

Method two, put unique contents into site B and then link from site B to site A.

Which method is better?

what will site A have then? If it is copy/paste or duplicate content, forget method two to promote the site.

Sure, site A also have unique contents. But most contents in site A are generated from database.

The contents in Site B are totally unique contents.

Acturally this question is, for google, external link or internal link, which one is more valuable?

We noticed many people build site B and put all the unique contents into site B and there are links from site B to site A.

If internal link is as important as external link, why not integrate the unique contents in site B into site A?

Links from sites that you don't own are always beneficial. If site A and B are in the same niche, there is nothing wrong in linking them

We noticed many people build site B and put all the unique contents into site B and there are links from site B to site A.

But I am not sure whether google will like it if you link every page in site B to a page in site A. It may even choose to ignore the link.

1) Do they link every page it site B to a page in site A? (many:1 or sitewide links) or
2) Do they link every page it site B to a corresponding page in site A (1:1)?

Sitewide links targetting an anchor text seem to be hit by recent changes.

We noticed they link this way,

There are a lot of database generated sites like site A1, site A2, site A3, site A4, site A5.

Then they build totally unique contents site B.

Then they link from site B to site A1, site A2, site A3, site A4, site A5.

All the sites site A1, site A2, site A3, site A4, site A5 and site B are in the same niche.

Database generated sites can still have unique content. Most CMS platforms are database driven.

Then they link from site B to site A1, site A2, site A3, site A4, site A5.

Are they sitewide links? If yes, do they target some keywords as anchor text or site B links to say site A1, using the site name (for A1) as the anchor text?

Or do they interlink only the relevant pages? This could be beneficial as it will help the readers.

They are not sitewide links.
Yes, they target some keywords as anchor text.
No, they don't use site name as the anchor text.

But most contents in site A are generated from database.

Would the content come from a database where the information is available on lots of other websites, like a real estate web site, where the same house listings are displayed on many other sites?
