Google Webmasters Messaging System Bug

When I view my one of the website it shows me an alert

When I click on the alert it shows me no message. I clicked on view all still there is nothing. On message link (left side) it shows I have one unread message could be a new bug or false alert?

This bug showed up the last week of September, see [google.com...] I'm surprised it's not fixed yet!

Thanks tedster for confirming this bug. I am able to view other websites messages it just happens for one website.

Yeah, it wasn't universal - just a subset of users.
