Google links dropped drastically for one area of my site

my site google links dropped drastically for one of the section of my website other sections are fine showing the same links as earlier.

Google webmaster is also working fine, can anybody let me know why is this happened?

I want to be sure I understand what you're seeing - and where. Is this data from the link: operator or from the Webmaster Tools reporting?

i have checked this in google link command, has anybody also seen this change?
