Can I know if there are ways to get this on my website too?
Thanks a lot

There's no way you can force it to happen - Google awards those "breadcrumb trails" in the URL area according to their own algorithm. You can help by having a strong internal navigation structure - and lots of natural traffic is apparently a plus, too.
Here's the discussion we had back in November, back when the breadcrumb feature was first introduced: Breadcrumb navigation included in results [webmasterworld.com]

Yep, absolutely sure. it's Google's automated decision, not based on RDF or anything like that. The site itself doesn't even need to use its own breadcrumb trails.
