WMT - significance of most common keywords

I am running a large site about widgets. I have red widgets,blue widgets and so on.

In Google Webmaster Tools at Your site on the web -> Keywords we have a report about signifiance of keywords in our sites.

"Widget" term is on the 9 place and on places 1-9 there are another terms with high occurences in widget's articles and content.

Signifiance for main keyword Widget(s) should be higher? Or let it natural?

A word's place in the list is determined by how often it is used throughout the whole site, with extra weight given to page titles, headers, and internal links anchor text.

Also, the total number of pages indexed and content on these pages would influence the keywords report of WMT.
