Cloud hosting for SEO - is it duplicate content or OK?

I've seen some reports regarding duplicate content issues on cloud hosting at Amazon.

Generally speaking what are the advantages and disadvantages of cloud hosting when it comes to Google.

Cloud hosting is mainly a backend infrastructure issue. Search engines shouldn't see any difference other than the IP address which is generated for a domain request may change from time to time. If set-up correctly there shouldn't be any duplicate content issues because independent of the IP address used to serve the content from, the content itself is referenced from the same domain name and URL.
