I moved my site to a new VPS server last May. On June 14, GWT detected 6 http errors "IP in excluded range." I already check the links and it is working. Also used GWT Labs for testing and found no errors. How can I resolve this?

This kind of error gets reported occasionally - often Google is getting an "excluded IP" from some of the DNS settings, possibly that of a local machine. First thing I'd do in this situation is run some DNS tests. There are several free and paid test online that may give you something more to work with,

Often times by the time GWT reports a problem it has been resolved already, especially during site set-up or changes.
