On some Google search results you see “Jump to
”.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to control this?

Hello, AGoldberg, and welcome to the forums.

This change first showed up in August 2009 - here's our discussion from that time: Page Fragment Navigation in Mini Sitelinks - and snippet! [webmasterworld.com]

It seems you need a few things to have a chance at this type of snippet:

1. A relatively long page
2. A page fragment identifier on the page
3. Links to that page fragment - some feel that links from other pages or other website help the most.
