Not Updated in Google Cache - Where's the Caffeine?

So I have a pagerank 6 site with lots of internal pagerank throughout the site. I've been making lots of updates to the content, from adding new content to updating older content, pretty much every day all year long. Anything I might want to do to make sure google is getting the updates? Or is the caffeine maybe not quite there yet?

Do you have an xml sitemap and do you update it along with the actual pages?

i have same problem on my site. i have xml sitemap and rss and i'm creating content once a week. But cache didn't update from google.
