How do Alexa stats translate into Google rankings?

In Alexa our site is sky rocketing in great stats when it comes to Traffic Rank, Reach, Pageviews. But our traffic from Google hasn't gone up any, and the Search % in Alex shows it going down. Is this normal, any ideas?

I don't think there's any relationship. You might think that there "should be", but Alexa doesn't generate their metrics from Google clicks -- they really can't measure that.
