Are the google datacenter tools all blocked?

I've made it a practise to follow various google datacenter tools over the last several years. It appears that for the last month or so, virtually all the datacenter tools I try are blocked.

What gives? Are any working?

I tried using the multi data center check tools and most either timeout or display a nifty Google Ad to upgrade to IE 8.
