Matt says Caffeine is still only live at one data center. Will probably (his guess) roll out to a second data center soon - one that Europe commonly hits.
Also said that nothing went wrong - they're just being cautious because an infrastructure change is so massive.

The live broadcast is now over - I heard nothing else that wasn't a re-run of earlier communications from Matt or on one of the Google blogs. I assume the live broadcast will be archived and available soon.

That was an archive - I recall the video being discussed in one of the really long Google threads on here. The spam comments below the video are from March which might help date it.

There's been no official announcement from Google - but the consensus in the SERP Changes thread [webmasterworld.com] is that Caffeine is pretty widespread - but not 100% worldwide
