Hello! Does anybody know how to check positions for keywords in Google Image?

I don't know of any tools that do this - and I also want to note that our Google Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com] asks members not to mention specific SEO tools.
Ranking position is a little weird in Image Search any way. With a results page that is six images wide, position #7 is pretty much like being #2, since it's right next to #1 for the user's eye. I'd bet that if we could see clickthrough data for image search, it would look nothing like the percentages that you see for regular search.

I recall that a Google employee once said that rank isn't as important in image searches because a lot of searchers are willing to scan through many pages of results looking for images they like.

I don't know what method they use, but whatever it is, it must not work very well, because they often show the same image repeatedly on page after page of their image search results.
