Content not cached for PR4 site

Dear Webmaster,

I have site 1 year old, having page rank 4 and GWT showing back links around 517.

Now my questions are

1) For the keyword which i Will target is fluctuating in 5th and 6th pages of the Google, but in Yahoo and Bing it is in Top 5.


2) When checked the content in Google, the content from any page has been not cached.

what may be the reasons for my content has not cached and even though page ranks increased but their is no improvement in the positions.

Note: my site is country specific site ".us"

This is a similar situation to another thread - and it can be hard to diagnose, especially if you never ranked well on Google for that word. I'd suggest the same analysis as a beginning - see [webmasterworld.com...]
