We have a website that is all html. Its ranking well. But we want to integrate a PHP based ecommerce solution into it without losing rank by changing the html to php.

From what I have read, dynamic urls are not SEO or PEOPLE friendly.

What are advantages and disadvantages of both as related to SEO ?
What are my options as far as using PHP but keeping my rank?

Thanks
