One of my websites internal page use to rank in Google top 10 for my keyword, but since last few month that page is disappeared from Google Rankings and my home page use to come in the results way down in rankings for that keyword. Now when I check that internal page cached version from my Google toolbar Google shows my home page as a cached Page as a result.. What could be wrong with that page?

There's a world of possibilities - what have you checked so far?

My first suspicion is something technical on the server, so I'd check server logs for googlebot's recent accesses and what response the server sent back.

Every web server can be (should be) set up to keep a record of what visitors request and how the server responds. Your hosting service should be able to give you access to those logs - or at least to some analytics information that is extracted from those logs.

What you want to learn is what your server does when someone requests that page with the cache problem. Especially what the response is when googlebot requests that page.

I also recommend you set up Google Webmaster Tools and go through what Google tells you about your site in there.
