Remove Cached Page Webmaster Tools Changed

I have noticed today, that I cannot remove single cached pages without using the no archive tag.

Just last week, I was able to remove the cache of single pages (where I had made an error on content) without using the noarchive tag.

As my website shares the header file, I have to noarchive tag the whole site just to remove the cache of a dozen pages, something which is not an option.

is everyone esle seeing this?

Forgot to mention above that I had corrected the content weeks ago, so the cached content was different to what is live now.

I can't see the point of being able to remove cached content, if the answer is to wait until G spyders anyway.
