If someone link to you using IMAGES that has ALT IMG will it help your SERP? assuming this ALT IMG contains your anchor text?

Yes, the alt attribute in an image link does send a keyword signal to Google about your site. It doesn't seem to be quite as strong as straight anchor text, but the effect is there.
