I recently registered a new domain name with UK2, and I hosted this new site with another hosting company who provides multi domain hosting on one account.
My new site has been online 10 days now, but it does not appear in Google search result even I type the whole site name in the search box? Can anybody tell me the problem what is wrong? I have submitted this URL to a few big search engines.
One thing I noticed on internet is, this domain name was expired in Nov 2009, so there are a few search results link to any site which mentioned this site name, but how come it is not appear in Google search result even I just used example.com (my site's domain name) as my search words?
Is there any expert to help please!

[edit reason] switch to example.com - it cannot be owned [/edit]

I know that UK2 used to use frames for forwarding and I think they still have that as the basic option. With framed forwarding G are likely to index the underlying site rather than the domain name.

Look in your Google Webmaster Tools account to be sure there are no technical problems - then just keep growing the site and get more backlinks.

Ten days . . . have you looked at your stats, have you even been crawled yet? Submitting to search engines doesn't give them the hurry-up . . . they will get to it when they feel like it. :-)

I missed the "10 days", yes that is far to soon to expect indexing.
If you are using frames for forwarding then you will have a continuing problem over indexing. There are alternatives but what is available may depend on what service level you have. I use the same company and have found their support staff very helpful.

As long as there are no problems in webmaster tools you're just going to have to wait a little longer. Get more backlinks and don't worry about it.
