I don't know if anybody realized that before, but I just saw hyperlink in description of website results. Just type in Google.com < business type in location >, and on organic results / third position you will see hyperlink in word < location > (in description) to internal page of the website. Anybody have an idea what is that about?

Thank you,

I've been seeing this from time to time for a while - usually linking to a page fragment identifier (#) instead of just the top of the page. These kinds of links in the snippet seem to be showing up more this month. They used to be only for Wikipedia results [googlesystem.blogspot.com...]

In fact, there have already been a couple times where I very much appreciated the page fragment lonk in the snippet - it saved me time poking around in the website.
