About one year ago we had a hiccup in our mailing that caused multiple emails (over 100 in the same hour) being sent to our clients. Two clients filled out complaints on ripoffreport (we didn't rip anyone off...) within a few days of each other. We got hit with the -50 penalty about a week and a half later. Does Google have some sort of connect or means for getting that sort of info? If those same consumer/s complained to Google via their SPAM form, would Google take such quick/drastic action? Or is this just coincidence? Does a reinclusion request even get looked at for -50?
