I have a link on a page that has a no follow but the domain authority of the website I am on is fairely high. Is this link going to help me increase my domain authority or no because of the no follow ?

IMO, it should help your domain, not from any link value POV, but through the traffic it will send you would improve your popularity in Search Engines.

It may increase your traffic (referral), but as its a nofollow link, its not going help you anyway.. I think domain authority doesnt matter if u have a nofollow link.
