This is purely out of curiosity but I'd like to see the last site ranked for any given keyword, just to be awe inspired by its awefulness (and just maybe learn from it).
What is the parameter in G for this?

Do the initial search, then change the &start=10 parameter in the URL for the search results to read &start=990
<edit> I forgot to say, click to page 2 - then change the start parameter </edit>

I have tried to trace it manually page by page and after tens of pages google consider my act as spam and stop displaying result.
I also wonder if that hundreds of millions pages even true for some popular keyword.

Mmmm. Just tried that for "example". Its certainly unusual, and not fot the easily offended. The domain has an encoded space in it (%20), and can't be fetched.
I know that's a borderline TOS violation, but I'm interested how that example even exists, assuming someone can get the same result.
