(Which I'm sure its been saying 22hrs all day) But the cache page its showing is actually over 134 hours old. This normal?

Yes, it's pretty normal. The 22 hours might mean that 22 hours ago googlebot requested the page and got a 304 Not Modifed response, at least that's what it would mean for a cached reference. However, this report should mean that the page is only 22 hours old - so it's a bit buggy, IMO.
