I added very similar content (that includes the same video embedded, very similar context, similar context in length, very similar titles) on three of my sites and this is what I observed.

When I googled ExampleKeyword:

Site 1 established in 2005: showed up first although I created the page a few days ago, and the keyword was only mentioned in the title and URL. not mentioned in content. no backlinks from external sites.

Site 3 established 2009: showed up second because the keyword was mentioned a few times more (in URL, Title, Context more than once). Page was created a few weeks ago. no backlinks from external sites.

Site 2 established 2008: showed up last, page was created a few months ago. Keyword mentioned in Title, URL and Context only once)
two backlinks from external sites that include a forum post.

I know there are many other factors involved, but I found the observation kind of interesting.

DomainAge does matter!... I knew it!

Are you sure that it is domain age and not the QDF factor for the keyword you choose.

Query Deserves Freshness: that is an interesting point and probably does have a say in the SERPS.

But in general I realized that Site 1 shows up faster on the SERPS and also ranks better although the new pages I create basically all look the same in terms of URL's, Titles, and the amount of text I write.

I think theres a trust factor for my Site 1 that beats the QDF factor. There have been times where I post the same content on all three of my sites at the same time. (reason being the sites get different traffic in terms of GeoLocation)
