How long for internal PR update after site nav changes?

I've recently made a series of internal linking structure changes that provide a much clearer hierarchical view of my pages. How long does Google usually take to factor in a change like this? I'm hoping to see a better selection of pages in the main index with a search like this:
site:www.example.com/*

Google's internal PR is being updated daily - it has been since Big Daddy. But the new pages need to be spidered in order for the revised links to be present in the link graph for PR recalculation. So I'd say, most of all, it's going to depend on the depth and frequency of spidering for the site.

Google re-indexes changes to my h1, title, and meta description almost overnight, but I haven't seen any changes to my site:www.example.com/* results to reflect my new internal linking structure and it's been over 2 weeks. Would you consider that strange?

Look at your stats to see where the googlebot has been. Its also worth double checking your code to make sure that you haven't accidentally made the links "nofollow".
If the bot has visited then it is just a matter of waiting. The one thing that we can be sure of is that G will do things at times that suit them, not us.

OK, thanks for the advice. If I don't see anything in a couple more weeks, I'll post again.
