I think it has something to do with product or company names, but trying to figure out why/how some get it and some do not. Sitemaps probably play a role, too...right?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Normally we do not discuss specific keyword searches (see forum fharter [webmasterworld.com]), but we'll make an exception for your post.
This additional information is called Sitelinks and there are some good threads about it in the Hot Topics area [webmasterworld.com], which is always pinned to the top of this forum's index page. In particular, see Sitelinks Information - a reference thread [webmasterworld.com].
Google has a very complex algo about when to show sitelinks, and figuring it out is pretty crazy. In general, it helps if the domain itself is devoted to the query term -- Adobe.com is about a lot more than Dreamweaver, for instance. That's far from the only factor, however, as the search on itunes will quickly show.

Nope, I don't have a Google sitemap on any site and all my sites have "sitelinks" or more often now "more results" for specific queries or direct navigation, i.e. typing in company name or domain url.
