Checking natural results based on state or region?

Is there an easy way to check Google natural search results by state or region in the US via URL parameter for a particular query? Say the SERP for "foo" in California vs. North Carolina.

I know there's a country parameter, but I haven't found something more granular. I guess I could start digging around proxy servers, but something easier would be nice.

TIA,

Steve

Hi monkeylytics,

Google Adwords Preview tool - [adwords.google.com...] - gives you city level targetting.

If you remove &adtest=on from the SERPs frame URL you will see clickable results.
