Hi,
I highly suspect my site to have some kind of penalties.... in particular now that they decided to remove ALL my images from their indexes (60% drop in traffic) / but this is not the only reason.

Since the start there is a probem with my site and their index.

Anyway to communicate with them, to discuss about penalties ?

Thanks,
Brakkar

Check out your site for possible errors, read google guidelines [google.com...]
Login to webmaster tools account and when you are sure you have cleaned all kind of mess on your site, go ahead and file a reconsideration request through webmaster tools.

No and you will never get an employee to tell ya your site is filtered. The discovery and fix is all on you.

zehrila gave you the best advice as to how to proceed. Wish ya the best.

A thought here if at all possible you can attend the PubCon in Vegas Matt usually does some site reviews and with the tools he uses can usually discover the cause of the problem.

Regarding the images, you might want to read through this current discussion if you haven't already....

Google image update started Sept 25 - many images went missing

Regarding penalties in general... take a look at the Hot Topics [webmasterworld.com] section, pinned to the top of the Google Search forum home page, and check out the section on Penalties (and threads referenced in those discussions).

Also, note that the Google Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com] has a whole section on contacting Google. WebmasterWorld is not a conduit to Google. zehrila gives excellent advice in his post above.
