Google drop my all Keywords position But not Indexing and Backlinks?

Hello There,
Yesterday A have very strange thing happen to my whole site which include 5 sub domains, google has drop my all Keywords position from upto 200 place, I am very worried because it happen before but not with whole site just to particular sub domain or only main domain but not all. My domain is about 3 years old and has 4 PR, index page and backlinks are same as it before.

I don't understand it that if google banned my site then why my sites few keywords its about 1% keywords are shown in top 10 position and my all backlinks and page indexing are same as it before. As I work as a professional SEO in this domain for about 3 years I never trick to search engine that why it give smooth and steady visitors.

Now what happen to my site is very confusing to me and I need your advice.
