Google "Local Listings" returning incorrect listings (in UK)

Anyone else seeing this?

I am in Bedfordshire yet when searching Google today I am getting "Local Listing" results for Cornwall?

I don't remember moving there overnight?

But where is your ISP? Typically, when looking at the hit counter on on of my sites, my location is shown as Milton Keynes or Aylesbury but I can end up with a connection through somewhere like Southampton.

But where is your ISP?

I "believe" your individual IP address is used to identify your location by Google not the location of your ISP.

Maybe a moderator can help out here.
