When I search few brand name key terms in www.google.com, it suggesting that brand name with Title and link (Ajax), but it is not happen for other top brand terms?

I am sure some other brand terms are very high reach/traffic but they are not in the list

Is this option providing by Google or Based on the popularity?

There are two different kinds of Suggestion lists: when you're signed into a Google Account and have Web History enabled -- and when you are not. Here's about all that Google has shared with us on how the Suggestions are compiled:

If you're signed in to your Google Account and have Web History enabled, suggestions are drawn from

1) searches you've done
2) searches done by users all over the world
3) sites in our search index, and
4) ads in our advertising network
[numbers added by tedster]

If you're not signed in to your Google Account, no history-based suggestions are displayed.

Google Web Search Help [google.com]

The phrase "suggestions are drawn from" doesn't tell us how the suggested queries might be weighted, or why some might be skipped. I for one haven't spotted any clear patterns so far and would welcome further insight.
