New domain has links to hosting company - effect on future ranking?

Few months ago i have purchased a new domain. Today when i check the domain is indexed by Google and on the homepage there is some text with presentation of hosting company and some links to his services.

Only one page is created and indexed (the homepage).

I want to launch a new website in a separate niche and i want to ask your advice, will affect my future ranking this situation?

This is comman pratice among the registers to park the new domain name until the content has been changed by the owner, and should have no impact on the future of the site rankings.
