Google Coop/ CSE - multiple CSEs

Hi guys,
I wonder can anybody help me. I need to have one search box go through two CSEs and back to one results page. I wonder does anyone have any tips on how to do this?

I may be missing the core of your question - but can't you define a CSE to include all the sites to search over? You could either expand one of the two existing CSEs or create a third, new one.

After a little more research, I found there's also a process using annotations in what Google calls "linked CSEs" that seems to fill the bill:
