Is The Geo Targeting Tool Working?

My site is hosted in the US, targets the US but is under a .pl domain.

As I read the webmaster tools instructions and watch the geotargeting video I should be able to make a change from the Poland target to unlisted.

The help section for geotargeting in fact says, " If you don't want your site associated with any location, select Unlisted."

But there is no place to select unlisted or anything else.

What should I do? Delete the site from tools and then sign up again?

Or is the tool not working?

At present, country code TLDs can only be targeted to that country. You only get a targeting choice with the "international" TLDs - .com. .org and the like.
