Google has added this to its guidelines...
Use robots.txt to prevent crawling of search results pages or other auto-generated pages that don't add much value for users coming from search engines.
This said, I haven't seen a major search engine serps page returned in Google results for a long time, and assume that Google most likely can flag them and keep out of its results.
It may be that Bing is new enough that Google hasn't yet put the filters in place.
