Get backlinks to my site by starting blogs ?

My question is I have a E commerce website, if I have 30 products,

Now if I need to increase my website back links, is it better for me to create 30 individual products blogs (I mean 30 blogs) is this the right way create 30 blogs to get 30 back links.

Or 1 blog is enough

I'd say no, that's not going to work. If you can't regularly update 30 blogs (and I know I certainly can't) that kind of backlink will just be seen as spam and, at best, not be counted. At worst, you'll get your ecommerce site penalized.
