So now on top of all the SERP craziness, I went to my blog and the toolbar PR has gone from PR3 to PR0 and this must have just happened as I checked at the last update and there were no changes and I saw it at the original PR3 just a few days ago.

It's very weird because this site still ranks #1 for most of it's keywords and many internal pages and has not been hit with the SERP issues like my other sites.

Also, another site I have which is newer went from PR1 to PR0 as well.

Could there be another update underway or is this some kind of glitch, checked with several tools and they all show same?

If this is a penalty on me personally, would they wait for an actual update or just lower the PR at any time?

As an update several of my friends site saw PR changes today on their PR as well. Mostly PR went down, and they were selling links.

BTW, I am not selling links, and 90% of links are natural, haven't put a manual link in over 7 months. It has over 60 pages in the top of SERPS, including home page.

Still PR6 for me, however my site is still hanging in the -50 penalty box....

@WarrenBuffett
This is the most bizarre month I've ever spent on Google, and of all my sites to lose PR that blog just makes no sense.

Have you been able to diagnose any reason for the -50?

Three of my sites are also there.
On my end the only thing they have in common is a low amount of links and links of fairly low value.

Well, it is certainly odd what Google has been doing with regards to TBPR in the last two months.

I can confirm that there has been again changes in toolbar PR in couple of sites I am watching. All changes I am seeing affect internal pages and yet again all PR changes were between some PR --> no PR and no PR --> some PR

I just noticed the SERPS for the keywords I am watching and many of the sites in the first 3 pages are showing PR n/a for home page, old previously high PR aged sites
