My sites don't appear in Google

My sites dont't appear in google when I write the keywords. I made lots of things but I didn't see the my sites yet. What should I do? What can I do ? Somebody can help me..

I add my url for google, I changed my meta tags etc. If you ask my adwords account new, no it is not new. Everybody say that "you have to wait" it can appear in one day, one week or one month. Is there a another solution for this ?

Go to google.com/webmasters/

Make an account there; it should help speed up the process.

Next thing to do - let's assume your site is example.com. If you type this in the Google search box

site:example.com

Do you see any of your pages? If you do, that would mean Google has indexed those pages but you are not ranking for the keywords you would like.

Then the next step - do these sites have any links pointing to the from any other websites on the web? That's pretty much a requirement to rank well on any keywords that are at all competitive.
