Found this Google search string in my stats. What does it mean?

While checking my stats for today, I found the following search string under Referring Links:

http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=4&url=http%3a%2f%2fwww.example.com%2fMy_Topic.html&ei=lubrsrpahzt6sqolg7mqdq&rct=j&q=A+Question+That+My+Topic+Page+Addressed&usg=afqjcnf7rj-iclzgxpqullj-msnsgaknpw&sig2=pmc4jxg891wtjysnv6ddpa

I've substituted the real URL with example.com/My_Topic.html and the search query with A Question That My Topic Page Addressed.

I don't recall seeing this kind of search string before, although I seem to recall some here talking about Google tracking searchers from time to time.

Any ideas as to what this is?

[edit reason] Changed example domain to example.com [/edit]

Here's the most recent discussion about the new referer strings:

I think that thread touches on at least most of the elements in your referer string.
