Google dropping pages from [ country ]

It looks like is playing and testing the dropping of the pages from [ country ] filter, then replacing it with a link at the bottom of the page "Show only results from [ country ] "

Do you supprot this ?

I read that Google is testing this, but I have yet to see an example. It kind of baffles me why they even would even think about testing it - the current standard set-up seems so clear and direct to me.

I'm surprised more folks didn't chime in on this one - maybe it's not rolled out in all areas of the World.

Personally, I find it frustrating that i can no longer go from global to regional. The forced local results are often not extensive or relevant in a lot of circumstances.

It was only announced as a test, and it may have bombed. If so it will never be rolled out sidely.
