I received a mail from blogger stating
"Your blog at: http://example.blogspot.com/ has been identified as a potential spam blog."
What may be the reason and If any one experienced this how to resolve this problem.
Thank You,

[edit reason] use 'example' instead of the actual hostname [/edit]
1. Is your content is appearing on many other sites?
2. If you allow comments, are you monitoring the UGC and handling any spammy links?
Since it's a Blogger blog, you don't need to worry about it having been hacked. But if people are leaving comments with links that point to link farms and other such schemes, then you could have a problem.
As a general rule, make sure your blog's actual content is significantly more developed than the outbound links it holds. Otherwise the blog might look like a reason just to serve up links, and that's at least one definition of a spam blog.
I followed G's instructions and in less than 24 hours G took the warning off. It proves that you cannot be penalized for spam website linking to you.
