Phone numbers along side organic listings

Hi,

Recently i see some serps showcasing the toll free business phone number beside some listings. On clicking the number, it will give a call through my skype.

HOw do we do this. Is there any known way? A lot of websites have toll free number in their home pages but their serps do not showcase their numbers like this. The website i am talking about is ranking somewhere in 50s.

It must be present in the meta description of the page. I have seen Google Highlighting the numbers with Skype icon (especially when I am using FF)for some of the sites when it is present in the Meta description.
